Ground-Up Development

In 2017, Kaufman Jacobs formed a partnership with Senior Lifestyle to develop high-end seniors housing communities in affluent, infill submarkets across the US.

• The partnership completed two communities near Chicago and Pittsburgh in 2018 and have two other communities in Chicago that opened in Spring 2021.
• In addition, Kaufman Jacobs and Senior Lifestyle are building a robust pipeline of new development opportunities in coastal, high-barrier to entry submarkets.
