This business park was purchased by KJ in 2003 and repositioned as a single tenant property for the park’s largest tenant, Direct Supply, Inc (DSI). KJ is currently leading a projected $100 million campus expansion program in cooperation with the City of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin to acquire and redevelop neighboring parcels and construct an additional 500,000 square feet of office space for DSI. The first new building measuring 109,000 square feet was completed in early 2008.
