KJ’s portfolio consists of properties spanning the continental United States. It contains nearly 6 million square feet and is comprised of individual investments, as well as assets within the Rubicon US REIT, a joint venture between affiliates of Kaufman Jacobs, Starwood Capital, and JPMorgan Chase. The vast majority of KJ’s current holdings are office properties, more than half of which are government occupied. GSA leases comprise the largest user base within the portfolio, with Federal Government tenancies occupying an aggregate of approximately 1.7 million square feet.
