Sam Fuchs joined Kaufman Jacobs in 2004. As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, he is primarily responsible for the internal management of the firm and for management of the firm’s real estate portfolio, construction management, and tenant relations. Mr. Fuchs also serves as President of KJ OnSite LLC, the Kaufman Jacobs affiliate that provides property management services for the bulk of the assets within Rubicon US REIT.
Additionally, Mr. Fuchs serves as the project manager for Kaufman Jacobs’ $100 million development project in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the development, including construction management, financing, and managing the project’s public-private partnership with the city of Milwaukee.
Mr. Fuchs holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and the LEED Green Associate designation through the USGBC.
