
Jeremy Kaufman serves as Chief Executive Officer of KJ and is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and leadership. He also leads the firm’s investment activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, transaction structuring, leasing, and investor relations.
Mr. Kaufman has nearly twenty years of experience in real estate, structured finance, and project development. With Kaufman Jacobs, he has successfully concluded the acquisition and finance of 4.3 million square feet representing an aggregate value in excess of $850 million. Through judicious acquisitions, leasing, and aggressive management, he has created significant equity value for investors in Kaufman Jacobs’ real estate ventures.
In addition, Mr. Kaufman has developed real estate and energy projects abroad, including the development and installation of a thermal power plant on the Guayas River in Ecuador.
Mr. Kaufman holds a BA from Brandeis University.
